The underwater Arctic world might become available on Google maps

Google will possibly join the exploration of underwater areas in Russian Arctic territories.

At IUCN World Parks Congress Minister of Natural Resources and Environment Sergey Donskoy had a look at the technological devices which are used by Google to create maps of underwater worlds.

According to Donskoy, the exploration of uncharted Russian Arctic aquatories can be especially productive and might help discover unknown animal species.
