Rosneft plans to invest $ 400 billion until 2030 in the Arctic

The company will present development strategy up to 2030 in this November, it will contain more detailed Arctic program.

The establishment of the Subcommittee on Strategic Planning of the Arctic is already approved and will be headed by polar explorer Artur Chilingarov.
