This is a special economic zone of touristic-recreational type.
It will consist of ethnographic park “North Mosaic”, year-round resort “Skiing at Permafrost”, health complex with mud and mineral baths, Ice Age park with World Mammoth Centre and International Institute for scientific research.
The recreational zone is expected to open in 2018.
